Promo 1: Tear & Win Card (22 – 28 November 2025)

Spend RM45 in a single receipt to receive one Tear & Win card filled with a random mystery prize. This offer is valid for in-store purchases and MyCBTL app orders at the Caltex Bukit Katil Drive-Thru café during operating hours. All Tear & Win cards are issued while stocks last, and prizes are awarded based on the individual winning card’s Terms & Conditions. Each prize is non-exchangeable and non-refundable, and CBTL Malaysia may amend the promo at its discretion.

Promo 2: Free Slice of Cake for myCBTL Members (29 November – 5 December 2025)

myCBTL members can redeem a “Free Slice of Cake with purchase of any 2 16oz drinks” e-voucher using 50 Bean Points. The e-voucher is redeemable for Chicago Cheesecake, Royal Chocolate Cake (Loaf) or Grandma’s Carrot Cake (Loaf), subject to availability. The voucher can be used for in-café purchases and MyCBTL app orders at the participating café only. All redemptions follow the MyCBTL Rewards Program Terms of Use.

Promo 3: Sip & Spin Rewards (6 – 12 December 2025)

Spend RM35 in a single receipt to earn one chance to spin the Sip & Spin wheel. Customers simply present their receipt to the staff to participate. Lucky vouchers are randomly awarded based on the spin, and prizes are not exchangeable or refundable. This promotion is valid for both in-store purchases and MyCBTL app orders at Caltex Bukit Katil Drive-Thru throughout the promotional period and operating hours.

Promo 4: Balloonist Clown & RM9 OFF Vouchers (20 – 21 December 2025)

Enjoy a fun balloon performance from 2 PM to 4 PM and receive RM9 OFF vouchers with a minimum spend of RM45 per transaction. This in-store promotion is limited to participating cafés in Peninsular Malaysia, excluding airports, hospitals, factory outlets and online transactions. Each voucher is valid for single use, must be presented upon redemption and cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.

Redemption for each promotion is straightforward. Customers simply meet the stated minimum spend or purchase requirement during the respective promotional dates. myCBTL members redeem the cake e-voucher through the MyCBTL App using 50 Bean Points.
